After graduating college with a BFA and a BST, and starting a family My career started out at a tattoo shop. I soon found out that I could not support a family doing that because I did not have enough clientele and the hours really sucked so I quit and went to work at an ad agency. That was a really boring job but gave me health benefits a good wage and was somewhat related to what I wanted to do. I used them to supplement my income for a while until I landed a studio illustration job doing temporary tattoos and Stickers etc...From there it helped to put me in the art scene, develop my skills, make contacts, and update my portfolio. Through meeting people at conventions, art shows etc... I met the right people. My first album cover was Michale Graves: Punk Rock Is Dead. It is very different from the Avenged Sevenfold Album interior art that I am most known for but it was my art style at the time. After that I started sending out my art, posting it on the web and continue to show it. I make new contacts all the time and continue to work with a large variety of clients. I not only do album covers and interiors. I also do art for theme parks (Like SeaWorld, Six Flags etc....) Las Vegas Hotels, Book publishers, Stores (for advertisement) and individuals. I also do Sculptures and Woodwork. I am currently working toward becoming an Illustrator in the pinup scene.
