- Welcome to Cupcake Provocateur`! I am a girl that loves baking, sewing and all things vintage and retro, so I combined my love for both! I create custom cupcakes in a wide verity of flavors as well as vintage and retro inspired aprons.
My aprons due to popular demand are now available online. They are one of a kind and all handmade even the bows I put on them are all done by hand. I can make any flavor cupcake you like and will custom design an apron by request and have just launched Cupcakes in a Jar! So to all my friends who live out of the NYC areas can now have Cupcake Provocateur cupcakes of their very own!
I have a fondness for classic and vintage inspired styles, food and music of the pin up era. I am inspired by the Joan Cleaver type of wholesomeness combined with the the class and glamour of Donna Reed and the sexiness of Marilyn Monroe and Betty Paige! My goal is to create chic and fabulous baked goods and accessories for that kind of woman as well. Heres to Haute Hostesses everywhere!
I will be updating this site often so please keep an eye out for new things. I will be posting new cupcakes and aprons as I make them as well as features from pinup models and companies that I have worked with. Currently I am only excepting orders for cupcakes in the NYC and Tri-State areas.
