My mission in life is to do everything wrong, but have it turn out right. So far this seems to be working.

I'm a former vintage clothing store owner, and a lifetime admirer and collector of fashions old and new. After previously working in fashion design and art direction in catalogs and commercials, I've happily landed a career using all my interests: production design for tv.

I love working with photographers and models; I'm happiest being behind the scenes. I'm a serial flea marketer, living amongst items I'd love to see used as props: Eames era furniture, kitschy 50's kitchen goods, and a full tiki bar. Mid century modern design and style have a special place in my heart.

Building is one of my passions: whether it's furniture, living spaces, bathroom remodels or tree houses. I live with my husband and 2 year old daughter and we dream of living in "Pee Wee's Playhouse", and nothing would make me happier than building that space somewhere in my family's home. Hopefully we'll find a loft with enough room, and a freight elevator so I can drive my beloved 1963 Ford Falcon into the house. A girl can dream, right?

I learned the basics of lighting for commercial photography and stage set ups working on the job. Designing retro inspired studio or home sets for shooting pin ups is a hobby of mine. I'd love to connect with photographers, stylists and models with interesting ideas and dreams that could use building. I've got a tool belt and I'd love to travel!
