    Oh, I did Classics too, then ended up doing my MA in Greek Archaeology and History.

    Liverpool is a good school! It was one of my choices for undergrad, but I ended up going with Leicester as I prefered the scope of the course there. Don't know if they still do, but Liverpool used to offer some amazing Egyptology courses!

    Yeah, I was much more into the Romans when I started out with the studying, but have been really into the Greeks since I was a kid, so it was nice to be able to study both. The MA was interesting, because other than looking at Classical Sparta I mainly focused on prehistoric Greece. My BA mainly focused on Prehistory of Europe (along side classics) so it was nice to focus more on Greece at that time.

    I haven't seen the new series, but I've heard really amazing things about it, so I might have to buy it when I get the chance.

    Yeah, I'm not much into Egypt either, never have been, but it's a lovely deptartment
    The building is nice, I remember looking around it and being quite impressed.
