Tell us a little about yourself! (details or get declined): I'm an army brat, I've always idealized the 30'-40's as far as fashion and art...the pin-up style...and boys over seas pinning up pics above their bunk...I suppose in a sense our troops still do 'pin up'...
politically and socially those times weren't as aesthetic...for either women or minorities...
so I hesitantly joined this site upon a request of a friend...
sadly, my 'greaser' hairstyle is still intact but more of the beginnings of a comb over...
I worked at nite clubs(when clubs played live music) and played music all my life(the skunks, the pietasters, tarot bolero, snuff UK)...
maybe its a mid-life crisis but I'm going back to school and trying to focus on my art and myself for once...
so, basically I'm a retired musician and disgruntled architecture student...but this site has inspired me to keep doing some of my non-technical or graphical art...

it i knew... like: SKULLS SKATES "knew" or who drew it?
i put the SODA SHOP SUE on it, cause i have been wearing skulls skates hoodies for um.... 15+ years... i FREAKIN LOVE IT... the skate shop in my town was "pete E's skate shop" i think the skulls skates was "born there", or in vanocuver... my BF and his dad, know them quite well, and they have alot of stories regarding those guys....

Hey hey Erick, I was browsing around and noticed your post on Crystals page about Pinup being "in style" for sure it's safe to assume we'll have many members join for that very reason. In fact thats kinda the point, to get the word out and expose this amazing lifestyle. If we don't keep building the numbers by adding new lovers of the art, then we're only setting ourselves up for a massive letdown, when it withers away...

personal life: not really the best, my boyfriend has been seriously sick for 2.5months..... WORK: GREAT, cause i put all of my energy into my work... i'm an apprentice at an internationally awarded salon, and they Highly respect me, and LOVE my work! (so that rocks!)... PiNUP/PHOTOGRAPHY: GREAT... i've been out of the game for about 2.5 months (SACASiCT: i wonder why) but some pinup friends took me out of town this week, and got me drunk for 2 nights, and two days while we played pinup, so i'm going through photos now!!!
