hi, your waist-to-hip ratio came out okay and it is but that is one indicator of obesity and future heart attack risk. because people who carry their weight in their thighs are less likely to have a heart attack than those who carry it in their waist. so you are good there. however, weight-height ratio is another indicator which shows if you are overweight overall. the reason the waist ratio is looked at is to see if perhaps you are very muscular and that is what is driving your weight up. another good test is to find your body fat index. to do this you need a body fat caliper. most chain gyms will check you for free. they just measure how much fat you have in a few areas, like back, stomach and back of your arm.
