The music, the style, the fashion and the Fella (and his Rod, oo-er missus!)!

I have a fascination with Psychobilly, Rockabilly and all things Kitsch.

I have an extensive Vintage wardrobe including shoes, bags, accesories etc. eBay is my downfall but I love it!!

Not sure Daddy Cool is quite so keen on low brow, the emphasis is now on much more glamorous ad quality images.

Wow your collection sounds fantastic. I only started looking at them because of the recently launched anniversary doll. I had to buy that one even though my daughter tried to drag me out of Toys R Us!

Most of my Batman figures are in boxes because they dont make the packaging easy to open without damaging the blister element.

My girls never got into Barbie that much and seemed to prefer Sylvanian Families more. I played with my figures until my teens. Children grow out of things far more quickly now.

You have to see the Lucy and Ethel twin pack, the sculpt on the faces is brilliant!

That's it, they are wearing choc factory uniforms and have stuffed their faces with too many sweets! Their expressions are priceless.

I almost bought a Rizzo in Forbidden Planet a few months ago as I always liked the bad girl. I didnt realise that they update them. Oh dear.

The Wicked Witch of the West is another doll that calls out to me. Must resist.

Do you have any of the Burlesque Chicago style Barbies? I thought they were a very saucy theme for the clean cut American gal.

Maybe the ones I am thinking of are the showgirl dolls, lots of fishnet! I havent seen the Lingerie Barbies.

Did you get one of the tattoo Barbies that caused such a fuss in the US recently? Many critics claimed she was glamorizing trailer trash.

I think you should start a Barbie collector blog. I would certainly read it.

The 50s face remains the ultimate one for me, quite sultry and highly sexual.

That's awesome!! Congrats on the engagement and the new house!! That's VERY exciting! A mortgage sure will make you feel like a grown-up, more than anything else I think!

We're in California, so I think our chances of snow are pretty slim. But it used to snow where I'm originally from and there's nothing better than snow on Christmas! :)
