I am into vintage, pulp, pinup, some fetish and rockabilly lifestyle looks. My interests in models are ones that can not only look the part, as in clothing, hair and makeup, but can also take you back to that time or that era. I'm a little bored with the current trend of "pinups" that think by putting their hand over their mouth for a surprised look is what it's all about. I prefer the look of juvenile delinquents, mods and rockers. Street toughs.
I take most of the photos for my website and have done makeup for some of the models as well. I aspire to learn more about digital photography and taking specific types of pictures; I want to catch someone's attention with them- to raise an eyebrow.
The models are my friends and have really helped me out. Pheenix Van Sparks has done some ad work for Kitschy Kitschy Cool and will be in future issues of Rockabilly Magazine and Bachelor Pad Magazine. She is gorgeous! A big shout out to JD from HCWT photography in Reno who did our ad shots as well as Steph Pierce of An Epic Salon in Reno. Awesome to work with both of them. Currently, I'm working with photographer David Duffy in Reno, Nv. for a new style.
Our company has been around for 5+ years (we are online only) but you can catch us at Viva Las Vegas and nearby car and rockabilly shows.
