As part of a design project I am visually exploring feminism. Within my designs I'm exploring how contemporary society view the 'domestic housewife roll' and how it relates to modern day women. I'm not an active feminist but I don't like being told what I should or shouldn't do simply because I'm a woman.
How did you find PL? (Who referred you?, What site was the link on? What keywords did you search?) Be detailed, It helps us advertise and thank people!

    Hi Ella, As far as "what to do" up here, it's probably easiest to describe the PLN as Myspace for a specific group of likes and interests. The best way to get to know people is to look at their member pages and try to connect with them through shared interests. Blasting messages to everyone on the site doesn't work well.
    Also, take part in the forums like you've been doing. It will take a while but you will get to know a lot of people, some better than others.
    It's a just a good way to share info and support with people who are speaking the same language, figuratively...
