    Oh how neat! I would love to see it. :) I'll be sure to take picture of my cake and send it to you. :D I'm doing a three tier cake for my small wedding of about 25 people. I'm quilting the white fondont and putting edible black pearls in each corner and decorating the bottom of each tier with black demask esk' decor I'm going to make out of fondont with a few red roses. :D The inside of it is red velvet cake. Do you put buttercream frosting under the fondont icing? I read it works better.

    Heck, sounds like a swag of work for 25 lucky people. Yuss a layer of buttercream is helpful sticking the fondant on. Doing real red velvet? With cooked grated red beets and buttermilk? Very 40's Southern Miss.

    Viva Help Paleeze!!
    Hey Anybody need a booth buddy at Viva Las Vegas this year?
    I'm stuck as the Vendors hall is fully booked (as always) and would love to share a space if someone has a spot and would like to share the cost... alternatively I'd love to do just the car show - any one got a hook up for a vendor spot for that?
