Well...it all started in a little town in suburban Philadelphia....and now I am a proud mother of a beautiful daughter and wife of my rockabilly dreamboat. We all live in the desert town of Tucson, Arizona. I have always been artistic and crafty and it all culminated into a vintage clothing and rockabilly handcrafted jewelry business. I started doing the jewelry about 2 years ago and have always collected, bought, sold and headhunted for vintage fashion and accessories, so I thought, why not try it myself. Well..it has proven to be my calling and the handmade jewelry that I make for my store, BLONDE DYNAMITE! BOUTIQUE can all be seen at blondedynamite72.etsy.com. I am also truly glad to say that I am pretty good at the pinup modeling thing too. I am part of and booking manager for the Tucson-based Pinup and Rockabilly modeling group the Arizona Voodoo Kittens. We are the premier party kittens of the world and have managed to put on some hella good events and shows in Tucson!! A place that would otherwise be banished off the Rockabilly music scene map. Our town is a little gem that all rockabilly bands that are passing through, need to stop in for a while.

Good luck for the shoot - and even though I dont model, if you want really authentic pictures, have a looksie through Gil Elvegren's paintings for some really good ideas on hair and poses. Oh and make sure you spend the next couple of days in front of the mirror practising your pout! :)

    hey doll how was the paaartay? I sssoooo wanted to go but my god-daughter ended up having a softball make-up game at 5 in phx and since I live out here I never get to see her play and she really wanted me there , so there I was.

    I was scheduled to do a shoot for V Vintage also and for some reason that fell through, I saw that I got some messages on myspace but cant check it at work..lets see what happened. I was very disappointed ;(

    Yeah it was the shoot for may model of the month but she may end up coming here to do it this weekend so that is good news.

    Carlos and I are really great friends he is like my uncle..he is actually staying with me friday night so he doesnt have to drive from phx sat morn so yeah I plan to be a part of the shoot if I can get a friend to watch the kiddos at the park while we shoot,. My husband will be at work and he is all I got in this town.

    but yeaaay I expect to hang out and have good times with you ladies yet again.,
    I am way glad and excited to hear about our PHX show..my friends and fam will be so happy they have been taking turns driving out here every month..hahaha
