- My boyfriend is the ride owner, I just make it prettier by sitting in it or on it. Our 56 Plymouth Belvedere Power Flight is a work in progress. I'm the luckiest girl in the whole wide world, gee what a guy. Nothing makes me happier than being on his arm, eyeliner, a big flower in my hair and some 4’ heels. I love to shop and I don't care for who or what...as long as I can make a purchase. I’ve been obsessed with vintage, make up, shoes and clothes since birth and looking at Bettie Page prints by Olivia and vintage erotic art for longer than I would like to admit. I long to be a Lucy Ricardo, June Cleaver…or a June Carter Cash. I just want to wear beautifull dresses around my spotless house, drink martinis, belong to social club or two (like Lucy) and play Bunco with the girls on Wednesday afternoons. I don’t have any tattoos; a little strange for the scene, but I can only be me. I love Disneyland and go as much as I possibly can. I would move into Sleepy Beauty’s castle if they’d only stop kicking me out when I try. I can’t get enough of outlaw country; my boyfriend is always bringing something new (to us) home. I love October ( I was born in it), Halloween, Autumn...and the all around creepiness of the season. I love that I have found people like me at Pinup Lifestyle! I'm so tired of hearing people say that I need a tan or the neverending "Wow! You're so pale". Really?? I hadn't noticed....

I neeeeeed some red platform stilettos actually - thought they'd be easy to come by - but are they...nooooooo! Well, not the ones in my own personal vision anyway.
Its damn cold here and not even Thanksgiving to cheer us up...just grey, wet and freezing :(.

Thats the problem, all the cool shoe places are American - I dont want like stripper red platform stilettos, I can picture them in my head like a beautiful vision ....perhaps patent, blood red...the heel doesnt have to be classically stilletto, a chunkier one d be fine..round toe...maybe an ankle strap, or more like a maryjane...I'll know when I see em!
Have you had thanksgiving yet? Did you get presents or is it just all about the eating? (excuse my ignorance) Luckily for me I'm off work this Xmas, which hasnt gone down well with everyone else but sod 'em, i really got the shitty end of the stick last year as far as work was concerned and therefore Xmas sucked badly.
This year, however......forget the original meaning of the season, for me its all gonna be about blatant consumerism, as many fairy lights as one can possibly have without blowing the national grid, party food (tasty little nibbles like filo prawns mmmmmmm) wine wine wine and Baileys. Do you get Baileys Irish Cream in the US? Tis the taste of Christmas!

At the moment I'm all about hot chocolate with a "dash" of Baileys - how civilised. Its not great for my thighs so I'm simply avoiding tight clothing - I think I may be in for a nasty shock! I invented a great new drink the other night - half a pint of Guinness in a pint glass mixed with a JD and Coke...mmmmmmmmmmmm!
