(details or get declined): i got started as a hair stylist due to my knowledge and passion in pinup, rockabilly, 40's, and 50's hair styles... i love being a hair stylist, and all the photoshoots, and adventures i've been having along the way... i'm a crafty gal too; my hot glue gun is always pluged in, next to my curling iron... i love wiener dogs, and thrift stores....

How's the move going? Hope you're in the home stretch (LOL!). Funny you ask about shows this weekend...we are having a big show the Rockabilly Revival: two days of bands with Hillbilly Hellcats, the Sugar Daddys, Darrin Stout, Rudy Grayzell, lots of local bands and a car show tomorrow I'll be working registration and the Pinup Angel booth. Super long day for me tomorrow ;)! Any good shows coming up on the island?

That's too bad about the car shows. That's awesome about your classes! The Pinup Angels get asked A LOT about being a pinup .Is this the next big trend? What kind of stuff are you gonna teach them?...hair, makeup?

The Rockabilly Revival was awesome...I'm totally sunburned from the car show. I need someone to teach me how to put on sunscreen! ;)

Hello! Sorry for the delay in replying I've been busy trying to find work (no luck of course!). Ok so for your painting I want to use the photo of you sitting on the car (Grocery Get R) since you want to be sitting on the hair dryer. Or I might use the face and pose you have in the Sheri Jackson pic where you're looking up..which one do you like best?

Thanks! I went to Paul Mitchell the School in Houston for Cosmetology, and just kind of stuck with their brand because I had always loved it anyway. Their bleach is amazing and doesn't burn or smell! I bleach it to almost white (I don't tone it though, just use 40vol creme developer) and afterwards I actually use Manic Panic in hot hot pink. I find that depending on what color it actually is different brands work better than others, like paul mitchell ink works green is good, and vero k (I think that's the right name) has an awesome blue. But I always use paul mitchell's bleach and always use a high protein conditioner afterwards. Hope that was helpful!

Thanks beautiful! I am pretty sure it was from the very sexy collection from VS but I bought it last year so you probably won't be able to get it now. :( They will come out with another leopard print in that style eventually though. They always do!

I think I got mine at a Barnes & Noble or Borders. LOL I hope this helps you out!

he restored it for me. he paints cars for a living so he made some sweet Vibrance colors for it. he's got such an eye for that stuff, my furniture is always disappearing and coming home looking fabulous.

Hey!!! Glad to hear the classes were good...I'm always learning something new! My friend who is a makeup artist and hair stylist just moved in with me and she's gonna teach me a bunch of stuff.
