    I wore brown for a long time too and you can still have sexy pin up hair, you will just need to make sure to style it with a little extra pizzaz! lol I got the dress from www.pinupgirlclothing.com. It is the first official Pin Up dress that I have ever bought from a company that does recreations, and I LOVE IT! I had to alter it a little bit but it was a great investment for the price. I love their site. I actually did a really simple curl in my hair with a flat iron and combed it out for the wedding. I did the bride and grooms hair and so I didn't have much time for myself. And there is just a little pompadour on the side... so believe it or not I got ready in all of 30 minutes that day. Can't wait to see the pics with your new hair. <3

    Hi doll, sorry it took a while things have been very busy in the Parlour and around ;) Soooo,for Veronica Lake you would need heated curlers and loads of very strong hairspray...we use Tresemme freeze hold.Part your hair on the far side ( providing your hair is absolutely dry ) and start seperating inch thick sections of hair,backcombing them lightly at the root and then spraying them lightly but not to make them wet with the hairspray ...roll the hair on the curler clockwise and continue all the way to your ear (it will probably be around 5 rollers) do the same anticlockwise on the other side (that will have 2 rollers max).On the backseparate your hair in three horizontal rows and fit as many rollers as you have left (roughly). Once all of your hair is in rollers hairspray it again and let it set for at least 1/2 an hr..take the rollers out,use denman brush to vigorously brush the curls out holding them in your hand at all time (otheriwise it will end up bushy)...the way your waves go will depend how you direct them with your hands and absolutely BE PATIENT!!!!x
