Look for his work at The London Luau, splattered all over the Vans City Series artist shirt (coming soon to the Carnaby Street Store) and the lovely limbs of several discerning folk around the globe.

If you have a healthy interest in 40's or 50's Pin Up, B-Movie goodness, Tikis, Sock Monkeys, Mini Golf, Mid Century Modern Design, Zombies (or any imaginative combination of the above) then Los Furias Tiki is the artist for you!

Never be afraid to completely nerd out over collectibles :) Thanks for the information on sourcing; it's a strangely fascinating form of art memorabilia - I can see why you're into it. The toy-like design of Munktiki is part of the appeal for me; it's like Hello Kitty meets Frankenstein!

Thanks! I'll try to keep that in mind. I never know how much free time I'm going to get when I'm in Europe, but when I've got it, I use it to my advantage and try to check out as many shops as I can heh.

I know what you mean! I keep the 25-pack of assorted color Sharpies near me at all times. Still, I mostly stick with the sticking-things-together (in hopefully interesting ways) method of creating. I'm not anywhere near your caliber of making-things-appear-out-of-thin-air. I mean, I drew a paper airplane for someone last night. Not exactly Van Gogh, you know?

I found some cute multi color plastic tiki shot glasses today at the dollar store and it reminded me of your tiki's . I almost picked them up to send out to you but then i remembered how they sometimes tax you guys out there in the UK for importing stuff.

There was about 20 packs with 4 different colors in them each. All brand new in the packaging and only$1 per pack. If you want I can pick up a pack for you and send it as a gift. I don't think they'll bug you too bad at customs if it's a gift. anyways it's only $1 and the shipping wont be too bad if I send it in a tiny box. Think of it as a bribe fo you to design me some stuff someday at a friendly rate. LOL

Thanks! After a long stint of painting stuff meant for clothing and mass production it felt almost too good to be able to do something without limitations. I know what you mean about being able to create stuff for people you care about and respect it makes the work turn into insta-fun!
