The very 1st Ink At The Bay Tattoo Festival is being held at the Monterey Fairgrounds. The dates run July 20 - 22.

A Pinup Pageantry and Competition is held on Sunday, 7/22, featuring Amber Brown from Lady Luxe Photography and Makeup Artistry.
