can anyone break down a step by step guide on how to create the perfect victory roll????

The "cosmo lounge" that Pinups hair design does is supposedly the best bet. I have yet to subscribe to it but need a little extra $$ first. If you can, I would subscribe to it asap. I've heard it's pretty much the bible on hair, and the tutorials are so good even people like me (who downright SUCK at hair) can get it.

Other than that, just type in "victory rolls" on YouTube and there are some pretty good ones on there too
