Talking Fees & Money...

I know this is a sensitive subject for a lot of people, and I'm not sure if there is a thread already on this (if there is, please direct me aha!), but I am starting to think about making some money from modelling. I have many shoots under my belt and my name is getting out there (in the UK at least), but I have two main questions:

1) When do you think is best to start charging?

2) What is the best starting rate?

Sorry if this is an inappropriate subject but just thought this would be the best place to put something like this...
