I think it's time fpr me to start a diet!!Obviously, i want to lost weight, but i also want to be healthier.So that's my program.

A gym lesson everyday (1 hour)
A yoga lesson everyday
Eat vegetables, fruits, not too much fat during the week.
I can eat some sweet food during the week-end because i want to be relax for the week-end.

I'll start this diet monday and i'll update my weight every week.If someone want to join me for this diet, you're welcome.
My weight now : 59 kg

Ps: i'm sorry, i know, this discussion isn't very interesting, but i need some motivation.And i'm also sorry for my bad english :(

Actually i use a little book with a dvd about yoga, because i don't have the time to join a yoga class. I can just give you some advice about this "sport":


- First, don't hurt you, if you can't make a position, try an easy one.

-Don't use Bikram Yoga! That's the worst, the heat in the room is bad for your heart.

Yeah dark chocolate is a weird one for me. I like it, but I never want to eat much of it. Which I guess is a good thing LOL.

I've already started drinking more water and that :)

Unfortunately, I'm not a yoga person. I prefer more active sports. But the gym will give me an excuse to get more active. In fact since I've mentioned it to a few of my friends, we decided to do it together! So more motivation is always good!

Might look into a local netball or field hockey team to join......

I don't if green tea is good for a diet but that's true that a lot of person say that it is good for the metabolism. In fact, gym is not efficient for losing weight but it's good when you want to be more fit, but i prefer yoga. :) I hope i don't say stupid stuffs!

I just stared an discussion about the Body Bugg system, it has helped me more then anything else I've tried.
