We were in Berkeley shopping with Desi when we ran across this interesting old dude. I laughed but I just HAD to know more, so after I passed the guy I turned and ran back. I asked him to tell me about his amazing hat. I wasn't able to record the part about having to walk around the block 2 times counter clockwise to make it appear, but I was able to capture this....
