Hi I'm Khadijrah, Dee-Dee for short. =)

All my life I've always wanted to become a pin up model & or do burlesque. But, since I'm 19 now I want to pursue my dreams. But I need some advice Please help me.

 

How do I get myself out there? - I've joined modeling pages (but most are not pin up popular) & I joined here. I also live in North New Jersey. I don't know if it's not so popular in Jersey, but there's not many here, & if they do it cost an arm & a leg.

 

Also I want a Pin up name, or a stage name to put myself out there. I'm kind of have trouble choosing one. My fiancé says Sinamon Minx, it's cute but I'm not sure. My personality is a creative, easygoing, bubbly, sweetheart that loves to have fun & be spontaneous. My friends also call me the "seductress", because I can be a flirt. Some even call me a doll, because I'm so sweet, innocent & short (compared to my friends, I'm not that short I'm 5ft 4in that's normal to me). I just don't know.

 

This is really my dream, I've been trying to achieve some luck for the past year. But have found none. My friends & my fiancé have even tried, & I have no family support. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Please help me

Welcome to PL Dee-Dee. The best piece of advice I can give is to take some time and read this forum. All of these questions have been asked before, and we have some great answers in here. The modeling section of the forum is the best place to start.
