I made this the other night and it was so yummy!! I don't eat beef at all, and I can't stand imitation meat, but I was super surprised by this recipe. In fact, I had the leftovers the next day! This is super low calorie, and great if you are on a diet, and don't wanna eat rice cakes all day. You can change it to your liking of course, but remember the more you change, the more the calories go up.
Serving size, 1 wrap
1 La Tortilla Smart & Delicious Low carb/high fiber tortilla
2/3 cup Morning Star Farms crumbles (or real meat if you want)
2 piece fat free Kraft American cheese (or your favorite kind of cheese)
1 teaspoon Ketchup, mustard, 1000 island (or whatever you like on your burgers)
Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc
Prepare meat as directed. Microwave tortilla and cheese 30 seconds or until warm and melted. Place ingredients in center of tortilla, roll up and enjoy!
