bonnet hair dryer?

Anyone use a bonnet hair dryer? Ideally, I like to cold set my hair with sponge curlers, but sometimes it'd be nice if I could get them to dry a bit faster and I was thinking a soft bonnet dryer would probably be ideal cause I could put my face on and dry my hair simultaneously. Does anyone fix their hair this way? Any special bonnet to recommend?

I have one, it's my mom's from when she was younger. It used to work, but stopped a few years ago. I loved it, and I'm thinking about buying another one. I'd be interested to know what kind other girls use, and where they get them.
