i always heard that milk baths rejuvenate your skin but i've never bought enough milk to fill a bath tub, so i haven't tried it out yet. lol =) but that's the only one i can think of.
I LOVE milk baths, particularly in winter. The easiest way to do it is to use evaporated (not condensed) milk. 6 or 8 cans in a tub works great.
Cornmeal is wonderful. I use it 1) mixed with water on my knees, elbows and heels to slough off the dead skin. 2) mixed with baking soda when my nose and chin need that little extra deep cleansing. 3) mixed with a little dab of honey to exfoliate my lips when they get chapped.
Oatmeal is another good one. Grind it up into a powder and mix it with either milk or water (depending on how dry your skin is) and use it as a mask, or throw a cup into your bath water, it's wonderful.

I use sugar as an exfoliator in the shower. I use it on my skin before I shave so help get rid of dead skins cells that can dull the razor blade. I also use it on my face mixed with a little Noxzema (be careful not ot scrub to hard) and on my feet, elbows, and knees. I like it because it dissolves in the water and if it gets in you mouth it doesn't taste gross.

If you need to tighten your pores, or you need to get rid of zit quicker, scramble the yolk of an egg and apply it to your face. When it's completely dry, rinse it off.
