You know I bet that exercising is going to help you a little bit, at least getting some endorphins and extra bloodflow going. I'm going to look into this again, but I believe that magnesium and fish oil can help you slightly. It can't hurt anyways. I think that they found people with migraines also happen to have magnesium deficiencies. Magnesium controls the whole nervous system so this would make sense. I know that whatever is going on is a big deal, i am just trying to think of things you can do that might help even reduce their frequency! As I write this I am suffering from an awful headache but I think mine is sinus related.

I used to get them really horribly too, it runs in my family. I used to take beta blockers and they gave me the scariest dreams ever!!! One thing I have noticed is that I tend to get them if I am not eating regularly, it is one thing that can help. I'll have one for a couple of days!! I can at least do that to help control them, but sometimes they just show up!
