I have to agree, on the most part, with your comment on Essex girls! I think that you would have to go through some dance moves if I ever get to photograph you. I am sure some wonderful shapes and poses would present themselves in that way? You are a very talented lady. x

I have a feeling that Essex girls prefer to dance around their handbags because both the local jive and ballroom classes were short on women! I hardly got to dance at all because it was mostly couples. It is a wonderful social skill to have isnt it?

Never do the ballroom version of jive! It is so naff and about completely different from the real thing! Is it another of those dances where it is basically the woman doing all the work?

Over the years and with different partners, I've done salsa, jive and ballroom. Never done swind dancing. Is it difficult? Looks very energetic!
