I have sleep issues. I always have. I either have night terrors or ghost encounters. So, I am always tired, always dragging ass. I have to look good, which takes time. When my alarm goes off it seems like I just got to sleep. I sleep pretty well durring the day, but not many things I do (beauty school) happen at night. I make a pot of coffee, and drink it while I get ready. That's 6 cups. Then I get a blue Mt. Dew on the way to school. At lunch I get a Mt. Dew. So, I am wired for sound. Energy drinks are a must when I work. I am between jobs right now, so the caffeine intake has slowed. When I get home, I do as much as I can. Then I start dinner. By this time I have started to slow down, by now I am usually in bed. With that said, I am going to watch some Roseanne then turn on some classic country(hank, cash, cline, dolly, loretta, etc...) and try to sleep. My boyfriend is half way there. He calms me back down when I wake up, which is a tough job in itself.
