Something strange has happened to me lately... I don't know if it's that I'm channeling my stress about my unsuccessful job search into a creative outlet, or that i have officially given a f***-you to the world of employment and expressed a new creative energy into my business as a now-or-never tour-de-force. Either way, I've been in a complete state of inspired delirium that has resulted in a slew of new designs that I f****** LOVE. Excuse my effusiveness, but I'm just batshit insane for this and a few other necklaces I made in the last two days. I haven't been this excited about one of my own designs in a long time. I mean, I lost sleep over them! I feel high as a crack whore even while on a detox diet.

I DID have an interview at a jewelry wholesale company--and had the chance at one of the best jobs I would have ever had- great salary, paid vacations, benefits-- but it was like the f****** devil was sitting on my shoulder and an angel on the other. They said that if I worked for them I'd have to QUIT my business because it would be a conflict of interests. They have had problems with independent designers before. I totally understand. But.
