My Education

I graduated from (The Hair Stylist Academy ) of Winston salem N.C. It was bought out after I graduated and changed to T.C.I. But at this school there were maybe 30 people in my class maybe less . My instructor was Doris Williams a well known Platform artist and Hair Stylist. She also owned another school in Statesville N.C. She knew I had potential to be great and I spent several months training under her. I graduated in January of 98' seven month after graduating high school. I then started working at Platinum Studios in W.S and I trained under Master Colorist Chris Surratt and Wayne Tuggle they both are still really good friends of mine. After leaving there after almost a year I was at a hair show at Myrtle Beach when I was asked by a man named Jimmy Roy to join Team Paul Mitchell, I was 19 years old at this time. Ofcourse I said sure i'll see you at the meeting in Charlotte N.C !! Next thing you know Im on a air plane headed to Las Vegas to work with the countrys top platform artist ,I also hungout and worked with Robert Cromeans alot, he was an awesome guy he taught me alot. after flying all over the place I was asked to fly back to Vegas to do John Paul's wife Eloise De Jeoria's hair for a photo shoot so I spent that weekend at the Mandalay Bay hotel & casino in the penthouse suite with the family.There son John anthony was about 4 years old at this time ( It was a great experiance )I have lots of pictures . I also worked with Allure Magazine with there ( Allure on Tour Campaign ) I got to ride the tour bus with them to work the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert in Charlotte N.C. ! I was also featured Cut & Dry magazine 2001. I worked for the company for alittle over 3 years I then focused on my growing clientele. I now own my own salon In Winston salem and its rockin. I now enjoy doing Photo Shoots with beautiful models and I also attend many burlesque events around my area, I love anything creative and artistic.
