I'm a stay at home mom.

That's my first job.

I'm also a maid and a wife.

jobs 2 and 3.

On top of those "non-paying" jobs, I'm also a clothing designer (in my spare time, HA!) and an Administrative Manager for a Computer and IT Consulting company. I get to work from home, and I'm paid well, so that's awesome.

The bad part of all this? I have no time to do ANYTHING that I really want to do. Because I'm a stay at home mom, and because I also WORK from home...leaving the house is like a mini vacation for me. seriously...it's sad.

But when my paycheck comes in, I'm happy...because I KILL myself working to make that money.

Then my dear, dear husband says "well your paycheck is extra money, let's pay off our credit cards"
I say "well that's cool! why not! yeah!" thinking we'd pay them off slowly...like $300 per paycheck (which I'm totally fine with)

yeah, no. He takes all but $100 of my paycheck, and pays off credit card debt. (both of our paychecks are direct deposited into the same account...which I don't have access to....but that's another story)

so, not ONLY do I never get out of the house, NOW I can't even buy anything that I want when I DO leave the house.

I mean, come on! I deserve to buy myself shoes once in a while, right?

Ha! good idea Crow! however, hubby see's my point now-a-days, and he's come around :D

Secret slush Fund will have to be started for something other than shoes, purses perhaps?
