[Bad Wolf]

Time and again I fall in love with Sci-Fi icons, the first being Lt. Uhura, andYeoman Rand from Star Trek, but I do tend to come back to Servelan from Blake's 7, a BBC show from the late 70's early 80's, portrayed by Jacqueline Pearce. I thought it would be nice to put up some of the character's pictures, which at the time were quite revolutionary - a powerful female antagonist who was strong and yet feminine, and with the passing of time, a touch of camp that I love:

Ooh Supreme Commander Servalan made a huge impression on me as a teenager. I never understood why none of my girlfriends adopted her style! There was a strong whiff of fetish going on with Avon too.

I totally love Rachel from BR. Elegant, hot, and those wonderful sharp shoulders - shoulder pads should come back (I have decided).

Oh, and don't get me started on Roy (Rutger Hauer) in that movie - good fantasy material >:).

Oh! The second I saw this, it reminded me of Rachael from Blade Runner. Being the Sci-Fi lover that you are...I think you'll appreciate this. She is ferocious in that movie! xo
