ao i think this month and maybe the next will be ALL about shooting for competitions, since there are so many awesome ones out there right now, and it always helps to have the promise of some cool prize or a bit of exposure to make one "bring it on", so to say.

facing a unique problem. wanting to shoot, but my city is small, the "scene" (insofar as there IS a pin-up scene here) is small and cliquey (basically one burlesque troup and their hangers on, plus the hot-rod crowd) nand i am having huge problems finding anyone to model for me.

thus, i have to do the switcheroo and do the modelling thing. i have two photographers that i shoot with quite regularly, so i dont have any issues there. my main issue was that i kind of wanted to BE the photographer instead of the model again.

hopefully i can get my networking cap on and figure out how to get the word out around here that i am looking for models. a feature on THIS site to search members by locations would be invalueable, then i could instantly see if there were any members here who were from my city. would make networking easier.

for the meantime, i continue my search and figure i'll have some fun doing some more modelling in the meantime. 3 calendar shoots to do, plus a nude set for a site i contribute to... aaaaand, then there's all the personal ideas i have flowing around...
