Bar/Lounge

My pops and I always had this dream that one day after his retirment we would find a remote area with alot of land in like the Fresno area and open up a late 30's/ early 40's lounge with a live jazz/blues band. The waiters and waitresess would be dressed acording to the era with fez caps, trench coats, beautiful vintage dresses etc. It would be like you walked into a whole other time zone. Smoking/drinking would be allowed kind of like a 'Speak easy' spot, Only legal. lol. He wanted it to be a place like in the movie 'Casablanca'. Ingrid Burgman stared in it with Humfry Bogard(sp?). Rich people could fly in from all over and as soon as they start to get close they would see more green and around the location would be like an Oasis with palm trees and sand. Like Moraco. We would have them in the hotel (located in the bar) and they could pick what era they wanted to be set in and we would have hair/make-up/costume ready for them. Pay the big bucks to have it set up and have a about 4 hours to enjoy it. Actors could come in and start a fight (with other actors) like the German officers did in the movie/era. Then they could stay the night in the hotel and leave whenever. I think it would be the hot spot of the world. I didnt want to share it incase someone else took the idea but that sort of thing takes time and LOTS of money. Niether of which we may ever have. Still, it's OUR dream. :)

Wow! That was amazing! I was able to visualize and walk through that awesome dream. Sounds incredible. Win the lottery so u can make it happen. Hahaha! I would go for sure!
