Ok i know this sounds vain but trust me its not. I'm the fattest i have ever been in my whole 23 years of life. LOL! I know im young but i lived a life of a 45 year old. If you don't believe me, ask me and ill tell you why. So anyways, I don't what to do. I don't know whether to just diet or diet and exercise. Or to go on the Alli diet. Hey its an option. If anyone has a dramatic weight drop without putting my fingers in my mouth or starving myself.

You're fine bro, unless you care about having incredible abs and all that fun s***, at 215, for 6ft tall you're proportionate. As you get older, kiss the great shape while eating what you want goodbye! I'm 31 now and i was always super thin...then I hit 24-25yrs old ;)

Seanna yeah that shot was taken last year. Ive gained 30lbs since then I was at a perfect 185lbs now im at 215lbs. I mean im not ridiculous but i have a gut. and i wanna get rid of it.

Hey Morgana yes i undestand but the fact is i use to be in Great shape, I mean amazing shape. But its seems that service my metabolism slowed down really bad. And it doesnt help that my mother in law and my mother always have food at their houses.

Stop eating when you're full. One of the biggest mistakes I find myself making is tearin s*** up because its good. If you are full, put it down, no matter how good that damn chili dog looks! ! ! ! GRRROWLLLL <---stomach

Callorie restriction works well for men. its tough if you love to eat, but it works best for men because men gain muscle faster than women. so go to a site(they are out there i just cant remember right now where) that will help you calculate your restrictions and do some light exersize and you will lose weight. exersize is key to loosing weight the healthy way. and it will make you feel better about yourself and give you more energy. hope i helped.

You're silly! You look skinny in your profile pic so unless you took that a few years ago then hush yo mouth fool. I'm at a good size right now but as I'm getting older my metabolism is slowing down. I've gone up a steady size over the past few years. Since my metabolism has slowed I forget that I can't eat like I used too. So my problem is trying to cut down on my portions. I know it's hard but, anytime I've gained wait it's because I love to eat and have to be careful how much or else I will eat til I almost pop. Listen to your body. It will tell you what you need and you will know when you are misbehaving and indulging too much. But, then again what do I know? I just had to put my Puggle (pug beagle mix) on a diet because I was over feeding her. She has no access to the fridge so why was I doing that? Because food to me, is a pleasure not a necessity. I thought I was doing her a favor* Good luck slim!
