Well I have noticed most pin up dolls seem to have a beautiful love for themselves but I have often wondered how they are able to do so...you see I am a...well heavier girl...and have a horrible self-esteem. I have a pholosophy...as long as I'm bashing myself it doesn't hurt or bother me if someone else has a rude comment to make.

I guess this concludes my late night blog lol but any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Much love

It is not the outside of us that defines the person that you are.It is the inside of us that defines us.It does not matter what others might think because they are not living your life you are.You have to love yourself, like who you are,and respect yourself before others can .It's up to you to decide to make that change.

Just a tip, blogs are more for diary-like entries that dont really demand a response from anyone, this would have been more effective having been posted in the forum under the appropriate catagory. There is a perfect catagory for your topic, go have a peek!

I am five foot nine inches tall and I weigh 310 pounds. I'm fat. According to BMI scales I'm morbidly obese. According to my yearly physical however I'm REALLY healthy. My doctor says I should lose weight to save my joints, but I've not suffered any health issues due to weight, all joint issues I've had came from playing too rough in contact sports.

I suffered low self-esteem for the longest time. Then I learned to love myself. Putting yourself down isnt' going to make others stop or make you start liking yourself. self-loathing is the worst crime short of lying to yourself. Self-love is a learned thing. Many fake it, but you need to learn how to best love yourself.

Being fat (or chubby or heavy or fluffy or myriad other more palatable words for fat) isn't a reason to hate yourself. It's just how you are. If you are having issues related to weight, start getting more active and by all means DO NOT starve yourself.

Remember, it's a learned thing it will take time and you will stumble along the way and that's ok. Just persevere.
