Getting started.

I have only done 1 photoshoot, & the person who did it was very amateur, so the photos didn't even turn out very nice as I would have liked. I was 16 at that time, & I'm 19 now, so it's been a few years. I have always been interested in that whole industry ever since I was a little kid, I just don't know of a way to really get my foot into the door to really get it started. I'm from a small town where there's really nothing around at all, so I find that making it harder for me to really get the start I want. The past few years I have been working on doing my own freelance photography, & I love trying new things with my hair & makeup, but just haven't found a way to even get my foot in the door for any of those things either, really. I would also love to make my own clothes, but really don't know enough to do it, so for now I just buy things & try to alter them. It's rather a shame because it's all things I really would love to do, but I hope someday soon I get my opportunity! Anyone who has tips/comments I'd be glad to hear them!

thats rather inspirational and you should continue your passion to "get your foot in the door." Instead of getting your foot in the door, make others want to get their "foot" in your door. Make yourself wanted. Make your style and sense of fashion what others want and they will follow you, right? If you purely have a desire, passion, and a belonging since you were young you most likely have the eye for creativity. keep altering other peoples designs and you'll for deferentially come up with your own fashion.

Don't take my comment personally on the forum you posted about advertising, okay?
