How old is your company and how did you get your start?
Little Lily Designs is about 2.5 years old. I started out making hair bows for little ones mainly because I had just had a baby girl. I've since marketed to the pin up girl crowd.

How do you manage your time with your kids and business?
Since I am home with them 100% of the time it isn't too bad, I can make time for family and my business.

Do you have any particular goals for your company this year?
Yes! Viva Las Vegas 2009. It will be the first year Little Lily Designs will have a booth!

What are some of your other talents?
Other than being a mom, photography. I love taking pictures.

What inspires you?
My husband and my children. My husband because he is so intelligent and caring. My children because they are so loving and imaginative. I aspire to be like them everyday.

What makes you smile?
The trailer is my new favorite photo. The woman who owns it drives all over teaching people about breast cancer. I found her on Myspace. Ironically I have the same trailer tattooed on my leg! I couldn't believe it.
