- Hi, my name is Vicky Lievens, I'm a pin-up and burlesque model, I'm 24 springs young and live in Aalst, Belgium.
I started modeling 2 years ago, I started because in 2009 because I changed my life, I was always the fat kid in class - somehow every class had one, and in my class it was me -and 2 years ago I had enough of it, and so I lost 25 kilo's in 6 months (that's 10 European dress sizes) by eating healthy and exercising. It was from that point on I felt beautiful for the first time in my life and because of that great feeling (and my new wonderful healthy body) I started modeling. Modeling was a very obvious choice for me, I studied acting and graduated with honour so for me modeling is a very fun way to keep on being creative while using my background in acting.
In the beginning I modeled in a variety of styles, being open to almost everything that came along. After a year or so I discovered pin-up, retro and burlesque and ever since I'm hooked, and now it's all I do. I prefer pin-up and burlesque because they allow a lot of creative freedom in the poses and expression. Not to mention I absolutely LOVE the clothes, style and make-up. I'm absolutely in love with pin-up because it is pure femininity of the highest level.
