- I am an avid fan of the 40’s and 50’s era! My Mom filled our home with exquisite antiques and cherished the culture and sophistication of the bygone. I decided to follow in her footsteps and too fell in love with the world of the past. Many are surprised, when someone my age has the roaring forties booming on my radio. Each year Halloween my favorite holiday; displays a vintage flavor and would not be complete without those handsome monsters from the silver screen. Modeling Pin Up is extremely different than any other form of the craft. It truly lets present day women reintroduce a rich piece of our foretime fashion. For me, it feels amazing wearing the same styles as the late great Lucille Ball and Yvonne de Carlo.
I am fortunate to have such a wonderful support team which is my family, husband, and all my critters! I have a passion for animals and their welfare! My furry household members include five dogs, seven guinea pigs, five chinchillas, one hamster, and a horse. I am the author and illustrator of a published children’s book; The Christmas Secret. The Christmas Secret is about a bat named Jack who helps Santa on Christmas Eve. Jack teaches people that being unique is one of the greatest qualities a person can have.
