- My name is Scarlett Sin and I am the women behind Subculture Designs Studio and Shop in Tucson, AZ. I am a Vintage Stylist/MUA and Photographer. I am also a Mother, Designer, and Owner/Founder of Bettie Rage (group of women supporting our billy scene in Arizona).
I am self taught in Vintage Styling (with focus on Pinup Hair). I began my career as Vintage Hairstylist in 2008 as the official VHS for the Arizona Voodoo Kittens. This opened many doors, as I later became the official stylist for clothing designer Elizabeth Denneau of Siobhan, Lead VHS for Flash in the Past Photography, and Stylist Coordinator for Tucson Fashion Week 2011, to name a few.
With a lack of photos to display my talent in Vintage hair, I decided to invest in a good camera and began capturing my own work of art. Shortly after putting the photos out there, people started noticing the overall photo (not just the hair) and began requesting photo shoots of their own.
I officially launched Subculture Designs Studio and shop in 2011 and it continues to grow and evolve into the Ultimate Retro Makeover Experience it is today!

Hey there, I wanted to let you know that some of your photos weren't approved because they don't meet our photo posting guidelines. If you read our rules here, you'll see that it says, "myspace type photos, webcam shots, bathroom photo's, cell phone photos and blurry cell phone/point and shoot shots do not count as amateur modeling. We have allowed a few of these up until this point, but they will no longer be approved." The photos you tried to upload fell into this category.
