- I am sixteen, and have always had a curiosity for pin-up style. It really hit me that I wanted to be one of them when a very handsome boy said to me that he would prefer a curvy girl over a skinny, unhealthy looking one. From that day on, I stopped trying to dress myself so I would appear thin, I was confident with my body, my every scar, my every beauty mark, and my every curve, and I dressed to how my body deserved to be. Not covered up, not too much makeup, and retained a huge amount of class in my clothes along with my personality. I love pin-up style, I always have, and since that day it has been my goal to be one of those girls, and I will continue to strive toward that goal each day.
