- I am the owner/operator of a small online clothing company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Although I have been designing and producing clothing for myself and others for years, I only recently took the next step by opening an online boutique. My goal is to provide fashion for the girl who does not want something off the rack at the department store, who wants to express herself and her individuality through fashion. I also have a small business designing and producing retro style aprons, that was established in 2008. I am currently working with the owner/operator of another online boutique that features retro clothing and is featuring some of my designs from both shops. I have been searching for models that are not your stereotypical cover girl, and would represent the girl I hope to clothe. I asked my associate for advice, and this community was highly recommended.

- I recently opened a shop on Etsy called Frigid Couture. I was contacted by the owner of an online boutique who wanted to feature some of my designs on her site, Get Go Retro. My husband is an amateur photographer, and we have been doing our own photos for my shop. I asked Get Go Retro if she had any advise on where to find models with an edgier look who might like to work with people new to the industry. She recommended PinupLifestyle, and had great things to say about the community and the models.
