Hi, there. Carlotta here! I'm the newest member of Bootstraps Burlesque, a troupe out of Asheville, NC. I love the strange and I love beauty. I'm also here for networking opportunities. I'm a performer/dancer/model.

No, not really, we built it to last forever, and to be easily fixed. although, to have the front open for easier acess, but there was a latter of sorts (a couple of rungs to help the girl get out).

It was a circle three tier, we used a wooden frame and fiber glass. the sections came apart we had wooden dowels that held it together. we painted it with with an enamel paint and did all the decorations with real icing (easy clean up with a water hose afterwards). the top was cover tissue paper, and had an opening of 2'10", but was 3' around. The top was a on a wooden frame that was set and pinned in from the inside after the lady got into it. over all height was about 4', with the base being 4.5' diameter, and second tier was 3.75' in diameter. the layers over lapped and had the dowels that set into the lower. the base was set permanently to a board (that looked like a bakers board) with castor wheels for mobility on it with a detachable handle to push it around by.
