- I am the owner/photographer of Capitol Bombshell. The National Capital area's premiere boudoir and pinup photo studio. I am also a 15-year veteran event planner and protocol professional, On a personal note, I am a proud husband; father of three; a Peruvian by birth, but an American by choice; a frustrated weekend golfer; a bow tie aficionado; and an apprentice calligrapher. Life is good!
