1997_final
I wear stockings and velvet in the middle of summer. Russian work boots. Men's underwear as outerwear. Things with stripes. Leather jackets. Everything at least 3 sizes too big, or 4 inches too short. Multiple necklaces at once. Things that are sheer in sunlight.
And I get a Brutus cut, popular in post-revolutionary France c. 1802-3. The hairdresser is thrilled; my grandfather, not so much.

I laid out one of my sweaters from that time and then one of my fitted little dresses on top of it. The sweater was 3 times as wide as the dress!! No wonder the boys weren't buying what I was selling :P
