Need help with your native language please!

There are 3 things I need help with, can you help?

1: I want to say your country's name the way I would write it if I were native. How do you write your own countries name in your language?

2: How would I write the phrase: "Start Discussion" in your native language?

3: Please read the description to this group for me and let me know if there are any corrections that need to be made.

We want everything PERFECT before we send an email welcoming all your local members.

3, " Integrera" is a very unpersonal word. I think it would sound more laid back if you wrote something more like Meet people from...and in swedish that is : träffa folk från .......
