I just want to announce that the next Red hot and blue rockabilly weekend at Montreal will be between the 1st and 4th september 2011!! I know its far, but now that you know it, you'll have enought time to get prepare and come at Mtl if you're not living there. For the ones who doesnt know what its about:
- 4 days of music

- 4 top DJ from Canada, the United Sates and Europe

- 12 bands from all around the world

- Jive classes with JiveStudio - free!

- A Visual Art Exhibition - free!

- Saturday night Jive Contest

- A car show - free!

- Closing night (dinner and concert) at Jardin Tiki

I went to my first RH&B this year and loved every second of it! The bands were phenomenal, as were the Jive dancers & burlesque show, etc. I plan to be there next year for certain. My daughter just asked if I wanted a ticket for Father's Day- after about .000001 second of consideration- the answer was; Oui!!

I always miss out on RH&B for some stupid reason (lack of money). I hope I can finally make it for 2011. I love Montreal and I'll visit that city for any reason whenever I can. : )
