Winter PinUps

Last year, I was pondering how to convert out pinup wear when it starts getting cold outside.
Cardigans, high waisted trousers,jeans, and dress coats are a definite option...but most of the websites still have halters, sundresses, and capris...any suggestions or websites for retro styling for colder weather?

My favourite jean vendor is Freddie's of Pinewood. I found them at Goodwood Revival in September and have literally lived in their jeans! Unfortunately I didn't fit any of their BARGAIN £20 jeans that were in the sale, but I thought £35 for a pair of jeans was bloomin' good value! I just wear them with some jumper or shirt and my big jacket! If I want to look all pretty and pin up it has to be a pair of stockings and a wrap of some kind with maybe the odd beret to keep my head toasty =D

Ladies, I was out last night at a new bar that just opened, and I don't go out much at night. We were near the water and I wore my chucks with no socks, skinny jeans, a short sleeve blouse with a thin cardigan over it. The weather where I live is notoriously strange, like the dessert is, where it will be warm in the day and super freaky cold at night. Since this venue is some place I want to go to reglarly, I am now rethinking this. I trotted my little happy self on over to the old navy website this morning and I am buying a twin sweater set, one in black and one in pink. I am looking for tights now, I am going to try to get the cotton/lycra ones. Girls, my toes are STILL tingly from the cold ;) Even the shots I drank and the hot boys didn't help it was really THAT cold!!

I have that green leopard cardigan...it's my fave. Now I need some faux fur! : )
