When does Pin-Up crosses the line into Pornagraphy?

My tastes vary when it comes to Pin-Up, from Retro to Steam-Punk, I like it all. I've seen some 'implied nude' photos that took my breath away, and others that I had to call down right raunchy. So where is the line between the two classifications?
