Hello ladies!

I have been meaning to start waist training for ages now, but  I can never make myself start. Theres always an excuse... its not comfortable (lol obviously), i'm going out to eat later, etc.

any motivational tips?!

I recently started waist training, and even just after two days I already feel 100% better about it. Not to mention it helps my posture quite a bit, which has always bothered me. (: It gives me even more confidence about myself, it's a really good thing to do.

It does get a bit uncomfortable after a while; but it's only because your body isn't used to it yet. You have to give yourself time to know the feeling of it. Start off slow. Try it for a day then wait a day or two and do it again. That's what helped me.
